NB it isn't connected into the roof space. There IS a kit you can buy.
The cats love to sit under it when it is running, in the hot moist air flow.
I also have to vacuum behind the washing machine once a month to remove all the lint that gets past the filter.
But I will check the outlet on its rear against the wall once more, which faces downwards, and I'll try wiggling the door, too! ....
... (No it isn't either of those possibilities)
It has been doing this since shortly after the element was replaced a few years ago. So maybe I'll get a discount? I don't think so either!!! ;-)!
I think I'll take it in and avoid the up-front visit cost.
I'm even more convinced that it IS the element.
Soo, how common is a too-hot element, Bruce?
