...call us when she arrives at her destination and when she is about to leave to come home after dark.
Don't check on your kids - have them check in with you.
She is pretty diligent about this because she realizes it helps us trust her and make it more likely we'll let her stay out late.
The last thing I would want to do - even before the change in the law today - is distract her with a cell call when she's driving on the road.
And she just turned 18 last month so she can use a hands-free device.
