All grills are basically self cleaning, just build your fire

and let it burn off the food particles and grease from the last thing cooked and scrub it down with a wire brush.

If you're really anal, you can put the racks in a self-cleaning oven and the dust off the ash that's left but 800 degrees isn't going to do anything that 300 can't do. And does it without the hassle. Just get the grill hot for ten or 15 minutes, use a brush and cook.
