Rutles music was never intended to be taken too seriously, irrespective of the music source...

The odd click, bump (and possibly scratch) heard should simply "add to the experience"... And remember, the routine extrication required from your "comfy chair" after about 20 mins to cross the room to "change sides" (young folk, look this up on wikipedia) should not be resented, but should be regarded as a valuable element in ensuring that you build in a degree of excercise into your personal life-style... :o)

After all, after you have played the vinyl you can always blame such abberations on having had "one of those moments"... :o)
