.... I have the 12, 18 & 21 …

I agree the 18 certainly has the best cost/reward ratio.

I do prefer the 21 but the cost is a bit steep to drink it regularly (well for me, not you!)

I don’t mind serving the 12 for people to sample but I save the others for close friends & special occasions.
