I had sushi last night the equal of any sushi I've had

Sakura, their miso was delicious, the sashimi was so expertly cut it melted, MELTED in my mouth The unassuming yet particular flavor of the fish coupled with the texture of that fish! Hell, the octopus had that interesting chewiness but so well cut, it too melted in my mouth. Served by the cutest Japanese woman, here in the states for 3 weeks and yet we could converse with her!

The worst sushi I've ever had was still good, but when the chef slices the fish with the knowledge that each fish needs to be treated differently...ayiiii! We had "good" sushi last week here in the 'burg. I'll never go there again knowing Sakura is that good.

The only down side was they had no urchin! That's what I get for going on a Sunday instead of Wednesday or Friday.
