Simple, just tell judges that they are no longer to allow stupid litigation...they are judges, damn it, let them judge as to what is a suable offense and what is not. The problem is that they were all lawyers and by doing that they would put the dumb-ass fucking lawyers out of business. (The question is, of course, who is the fucking dumb ass, the lawyer or his client?).
