I think everyone should have to take a refresher course; written and driving tests. The mistakes I see drive me nuts...what are those broad lines painted across the road there to tell us? That we should stop with our BACK tires in front of it?
Sweeping a left hand turn should be addressed and pointed out that if the car they are sweeping the lane has decided to "push the light" there is going to be an accident. And that guy pushing the light? He needs to learn that doing that does not ensure him of anything except he gets to his destination .000003 seconds before he would have if he hadn't rolled up into the intersection.
Speeding in the fast lane, tail-gating and expecting drivers who are passing trucks to pull over (slowing down and getting BEHIND those trucks) so they can speed some more? I do something very dangerous when I have too much testosterone flowing...I check-brake them. I especially love to do it to sporty cars like B fucking M damn W drivers (Although yesterday I was almost forced off the road by a woman in a Volvo sedan). They seem to be the worst, but closely followed (ha!) by the tail-finned Hondas.
