Jeeziz! It took over a minute for someone to actually approach the poor guy, and right after that the police arrived. As soxie already pointed-out, one vehicle even turned around, and I can't help but be angered, not only by the driver who struck him, but also by those who failed to stop. Should those people be punished as well? Interesting question....
