I don’t know what to say other than the whole incident is disgraceful. What is wrong with people ?? Gee I find that upsetting to see the lack of concern by the passers-by

I must admit though even here in my sleepy part of the world I saw 4 or 5 cars drive past some poor bastard who was lying strewn on the roadway after being thrown out of his electric wheelchair by the front swivel wheel hitting a pot hole.

I splayed my car across the roadway to stop the traffic and jumped out to comfort him. Another lady stoped and jumped out of her car, she was a nurse, I called an ambulance as we didn’t want to move him. I got a beach towel out of my car to shade him from the sun. The ambulance was only a few minutes and thankfully he was ok. I was completely dismayed at the people who just drove around a guy lying on the roadway.
