Well, kinda - this is probably the most over-developed island on earth, with new condo developments popping up every week it seems, so even if you managed to land here with your hifi gear and albums, you'd not be able to play them very loud as you'd run the risk of annoying your neighbours.

Then again you could find a place out in Tucker's Town where the super-rich have their wee cottages (including Italian politician Berlusconi, Ross Perot, etc).
