but I am putting some of my vacations at eBay do you know if there is a buyer for this sort of thing. It started when I didn’t take my last 3 weeks vacation last year so literally it got carried over this year until the end of June when my annual 5 weeks vacations kick in again this year. Therefore, if you add the 3 weeks carried over from last year and the 5 weeks annual vacation this year, I will have 8 weeks, which is fine by me.
However, our company put a damper on it when they announced a new enhanced vacation days last month. Instead of basing our vacation solely on experience alone now, they are basing it on age. Obviously, since I am one of the few employees in the company, which is above, the median age so they added another 2 weeks on top of the 5 weeks so from now on I will have 7 weeks of annual vacation a year. In addition, if you add the 3 weeks carried over from last year I will have 10 weeks holidays this year. That’s not including the every second Friday off and the 11 days statutory holidays that I will received per year. Oh, man I think I am in trouble when am I going to get my project done?
