Have a "no-hold-barred" forum..... Call it the "Hall of Flame", "Trash Dumpster", "The Sandbox", or whatever..... If someone makes a statement in poor judgment or stirs the pot, move it to the Sandbox..... Let the catfights take place there, out of sight from the main boards.

In regard to "banning" members, once again, unless the member makes a threat of harm or violence, I'm opposed to it. Besides, the one who made the racial comment will forever have a "scarlet 'R'" pasted on him/her, in the minds of many who witnessed the goings-on.
