Can I use the PS-1 power supply to replace a power adapter on an active crossover unit? The wall wort power adapter supplies 16 volts -- can the PS-1 be set up to deliver 16 volts?
While I am sure you use fine quality parts, is it possible to upgrade the parts used in the PS-1? For example, using the Elna Cerifine caps instead on the Nichion? Is it also possible to set it up to use HEXFRED - High speed soft recovery diodes instead of the Schottky and other diodes used in the kit? I am aware this would increase the cost.
