I tried to build the kit (upgraded) and was a little uncomfortable (first real try with active components). Ron finished it for me at a reasonable price. In the context of my system it contribes to fine detail and natural sound. It has enough gain for a 0.4 Benz using a passive line stage. I recommend it.
