The TJ mesh type plate 300B is my third set of tubes for the Laurel and a quite an improvement (more refinement and more "relaxed" sound) to both KR 300B and Electro-Harmonix (also good sounding). Never heard the WE but these tubes seems to be quite expensive for what they offer based on several reviews on the web. But that's my opinion. I would go for the TJ.John Schinkel.
