If you do not, it is just a matter of time before one of them will fail and potentially ruin the amp. If you like the sound of the amp, replace with the same type of caps (both the power supply and the signal circuitry.) If you want to make the amp sound different, try different caps. Do an asylum search to read about peoples impressions of different caps.
