Precisely because I received no answer to my two phone calls is why I posted the message.
In the past, I have dealt with prompt vendors and with vendors that due to short staffing take longer to ship parts. If the situation is the second I want to know. If orders from WL ship fast, maybe my package is lost. That is also something I would like to know.
