Ive been using the hybrid linestage module for several years and have loved it's sound. I'm using Tung-Sol 5814 because I don't want the gain of a 6DJ8 etc. The 6H30 has a very likable gain and pinout for my needs.

Has anyone tried this?

Ron, what do you think? Any parts change sugestions. This looks to be a great combination. I'd keep the total tube dissipation to 5 watts with a 100-120v plate. I know the heater draws more current but the regulator should handle up to 1.5 amps.
