I would suggest you try something other than 4 2A3s. If you want to go single-ended, try to stay with one tube.Jack Elliano just published his Direct Drive Reactance Amp in Vacuum Tube Valley. You can get 12 to 13 watts from a standard 300B. With a few mods you could easily get 15 watts from a KR300B or VV32B and possibly more with a KR300BXLS.
If you don't like the KR price tags, try a SE 845 amp using the Chinese 845s.
