Doenst sound like $1300 is too good a deal, even with Caddock resistors and Jensen oils. That seems a bit steep to me and other owners have said as much, especially for Chinese 2A3s.

Thanks for the info! Great that the owner and designer comes aboard here... It's what audio is all about (besides music..)
