You can check with Seas. I know their older, vintage, paper cone woofers were a blueish colored paper with a very solid rubber suround and dark paper dust cap. Only problem is finding one. They still make them but nobody carries them.You can call Madisound.com
I know they carry Seas but not the 12". maybe they can order it or better yet send in the working woofer and they can get the measurements for a "brand new vintage" woofer. If you REALLY like these speakers than that's the way to go and just buy a pair, one for a spare.
