Help for a Sherwood S-5000 biased too hot!

I was just checking some voltage in my Sherwood S-5000 (that has a bit hoot power transformer, as I wrote some days ago on this forum) and I found the following on the output tubes 7189/6BQ5:

- pin 7 (plate) I found 380V (the schematics says 415)
- pin 9 (grid 2) I found 375V (schematics: 410V)
- pin 2 (grid 1) I found -13V (schematics: -20)

What should I deduct? The only thing I understand (as Im a newbie) is that it's definitely biased too hot.

What should I do? Any hint on how can I bring back the bias in the safest -20 (or better -22?) range? Any resistor to replace?

Thanks
Raul
