Re: Cleaning electronic components - what to use?

125 lbs compressed air with a professional industrial contact cleaner from an electrical supply house worked well for me over the years. I do not like Radio Shack cleaner as it leaves an oily residue. Of course, I last used RS cleaner 15 years ago. Perhaps a newer product has replaced the older stock.

I wear protective gloves & eye goggles in a well ventilated area. The solvents are unhealthy & a 'shot in the eye' would be bad news.
