Actually, the original Advent speaker was called, "The Advent Loudspeaker"--not the Advent Speaker, and certainly not the Large Advent Speaker. The "Large" designation only came into popular useage(but it was never an official designation) after the Smaller Advent Loudpeaker was introduced. So I think people should use the abreviation AL (for Advent Loudspeaker) rather than LA (for Large Advent).
