I might be wrong!!I just found out, that JBL might have made another series called "radiance" aswell.
I don't know that series, so I'm speaking exclusively about the JBL radiance series from the era 1978-79 with models like vx-77 - vx-88 ? - vx -99 --- they were in my opinion very bad speakers concidering they were JBL's.Maybe your model belongs to that series - not sure
