HPM-100 score! (sort of)

Driving home this afternoon in my new Volvo wagon and what do I see sitting on a snow bank?
Yep! A 95% mint pair of Pioneer HPM-100's. Tested #1 and I got excited. Yes, a nice speaker for sure. #2 however was the disapointment. Very low woofer output. Pulled it out and found a hairline crack in the magnet around it's circumfrence. Any fix for this? Or am I looking at epay. Anyway my first impression said go with the Crown D150A and have a rockin' time. Hope to hear the stereo set soon.
