I was just given this by a friend. It belonged to his father. I believe it was bought as part of a system in the early 1960s, installed in a built-in cabinet with a Garrard RC 121 D Mk II turntable and a pair of 3 way coaxial Lafayette speakers.
I have not had time to bring it up on a variac yet. I was working when retired about 20 years ago. It has push-pull EL-84 output tubes, 2 12AX7 in the preamp, and 2 in the amplifier section. It has an EZ-80 rectifier.
It did not come with a tuner, I believe the LT-99 was the matching tuner.
I am aware it will need new filter caps in the power supply.
