I took a spill off a step ladder by missing the last step .

I haven't posted because I'm trying to recoup fast and it's been uncomfortable to sit in a chair.I had to replace a metal bracket on my parent's garage door and I missed the last step and lost my balance and went right down on my behind hard on the cement.I have no fractures but I have a compressed lower disc but it wasn't from that fall.T
Anyway,I'm taking motrin and laxatives and it has been 10 days and I'm getting some relief but I'm still icing my back and sides..I hope it heals quicker because my lower back hurts and my right front.
