I was watching a bit of a documentary about Spain, an underground cartoonist, and noticed that Robert Crumb has a classic Marantz receiver.
For those of you asking, "Who's Robert Crumb?", you are either too young to remember the 1960s, or were too far off the freak road.
Crumb drew this Big Brother & The Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) LP cover...
...as well as Fritz the Cat, Zap comix, the ubiquitous Keep On Truckin' and Stoned Agin posters, belt buckles, etc.
Crumb is known to favor Jazz and Blues from the 1920s and 1930s, and he apparently listens to it using a Marantz. Can't say I blame him.
