If it is him, he used to live in the Dayton/Springfield area and many referred to him as "Reverend Al" because he was actually a minister of sorts. My guess is that he's not actually looking to sell everything as a lot; he just wants to get people to contact him so that he can sell individual items directly without involving eBay.
