It sure seems that the four Solens caps valued at $30 are indeed involved in the crossover signal path. What other function would they hold?

Some I agree with,others I don't.I understand the hard wiring the connectors and changing out a few caps and those would be the ones in the audio path..Many of the ones he changed were in the bias supply and bleed down and those do not have to be changed being there is no sonic benefit in that..I get it about better connectors and the caps in the audio path and hardwiring but you don't need 1000 dollars worth of caps because in the mids and highs of the CLX there are no caps.It's directly driven on that panel..The bass panel does have caps tho.
