Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Two suggestions

Give it a thorough cleaning as AudioSoul describes.

If odor persists, put a couple of anti-static clothes dryer strips inside the cover, place all in a closed box and leave it for a couple of days.

I've not had your problem so have not tried these remedies but the anti-static strips have been suggested several times for second-hand smoke on LP jackets.
