RE: Understand

I sold cables in the 80's and I can tell you that there are differences. Then, pretty much everything had polypropylene as a dielectric, the purest copper was "oxygen-free" and there were a limited number of configuration. Now there are many more configurations, you can get six-9's and linear crystal copper, and there are a large number of configuration that measure quite differently. I can't tell you if it does make any difference to the sound, but I can say that this invalidates the results for the Pass tests for today.
