Sounds like it maybe a one man run business. May need to leave message with his cell and arrange particulars.
Hopefully, he will get enough business to stay open. It's nice to be able to drive to a place, esp with all the JBL, EV, and Altec speakers I get redone. They weigh a ton and shipping can be a pain.
