If you are doing stereo tuners you want an FM stereo generator..I have a leader that I used in conjunction with the Wavetek but you can get a complete stand alone generator.
If you just want to do general radio alignments,there are a ton of them on Ebay cheap. The one you see in the photo was given to me by an old ham buddy back in 2000.
