I have never seen or known about those two pieces and I have known Bonji for 30 years as a friend of mine had one of the earliest GAS dealerships.
The SAE stuff is very high quality but for some reason it didn't have the cult following and the high priced vintage value as the GAS stuff did. I would assume it had a lot to do with Bonji leaving SAE and starting GAS..Those look like very nice pieces and if you can get them for 400 instead of 500,that would be a hell of a bargain.
