Marantz 7T as a daily user!

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

I've been using a 7T for many years. Yes, I have replaced some caps including signal and power ... all for the good of musical image. Paired with either SS or Valve gear, it is dynamic, creates and unbelievable image. Wow,

Favorite amplifier is a custom ST-70 with Star Ground, HD Power Transformer, SDS Power Module and soft rubber Transformer mounts. I tried 4 different driver boards and eventually settled on a 7199 board with bridge matched resistors & caps. Wow!

Speakers are 1978 Klipschorns with ALK crossovers and Squaker filter. Wow!

Both LPs and Hi-Rez digital represent main signal sources while R2R Tape is played now and then.

I'd like to know how many others have discovered the Marantz 7T. if so, any upgrade/update?
