Recapping Sherwood S-5500

I have a S-5500 II with 7868. It maybe an earlier model II since the faceplate states 50 watts. I will be on the lookout for a S-5000 later.

I am planning on changing the diodes, electrolytic and coupling caps. Planning on K40 for the signal path. Any suggestions on which value would work best? I am thinking 0.22uF. Also, which sections of the electrolytics should have more capacitance than stock?

Any recommendations and/or other changes are appreciated.
