RE: Hartleys gone, Fultons in.

I was always very curious about both speakers. I have not heard either. Both Hartley and Fulton are both quite interesting characters, IMO. However, if you are listening to them as shown, you should give the Fultons a little more of a chance. Steel stand or even cinderblocks, away from the wall would give them a fighting chance, but I suspect the only way to help the base is a subwoofer or two. Subwoofers are one of the few things that you can regularly find in thrift stores. You did not say the model number but here is an interesting review of the Model 80.
