I have two testers, an eico 667 and a military tv-7

I suggest to keep the eico for the following reasons:

1. It does a great job checking heater to cathode leakage, not all testers do this
2. It tests modern tubes, compactrons and etc
3. It contains no tubes itself and is easy to maintain
4. It can be used to test and match transistors, which is also extremely useful (small signal only)

I suggest you also hang on to a tester which can do the old four and five pin tubes which the eico cannot do.
