Yes, the Seas tweeter is one of only two or three tweeters made (last recollection????) that is even capable of going down to 1500khz. And actually make music doing it!Some claim to go that low but it's basically bull. The 27TDFC is a very robust tweeter particularly in that low end. If you ignore the cost (the corner stone of audio sales) the Seas tweeter IS one of the best made today.
BTW - this is going to be the next Seas classic speaker.
