I'm the second owner of a very clean pair of Dyna A 25s. The crossover cap has been upgraded and the screens removed from the tweeters. All drivers seem to be in good working order and the speakers sound quite nice. They are currently in storage.
However, if I move later this year I hope to install them in a den/home office system.
I've read recommendations for both the Seas 27TDFC and Morel MDT-20 as a replacement for the original tweeter. But those recommendations seem to be for replacement of damaged/failing (and no longer available) units. My question: is the Seas or Morel a noticeable sonic upgrade when original tweeters are still working?
Thanks if you have experience with this as an "upgrade".
