That repairs the tweeters for a reasonable price. He offers two levels of repair. The higher level replaces the vc as opposed to repairing it if that is an option after he sees them. I'd go for replace.

Most used tweeter pairs are $300 - $500. Then you get used drivers that may or not be as new.

He has an eBay listing. I'm assuming you have dead drivers as opposed to none.Good luck!
