RE: Built in Hi - Fi?

Much of the HiFi of the '50s & '60s was built to be 'installed' -
I remember well my Grandfathers house where the TV was behind a door in the Library - paneled in pine where the bookshelves ended-
and in the LR was a Fisher 80 tuner with a McIntosh C-8 - there might even have been a TT- but I do not remember that -
I know that there was a Mc-30 behind the cabinet doors and a series of switches for speakers in various rooms -
That I would love to re-create -

What I want to know is how do you get one of those towel racks....
