These are very rare speakers from the 70's. Hargett audio systems. They were free to me but not working and incomplete.Oddly, the two wood tones do not exactly match. The EV horn tweeters were missing. I found a similar horns made by Foster to replace them and did some interior work.I added some resistors to the tweeter circuit to pad them down a bit, bypassed the fuse circuit, reflowed some solder joints. They are covered in a laminate material which is not unnatractive. The woofers are by Eminence. Now that they are dialed in and cleaned up, They image quite nicely and have great tone throughout my audible range. I am powering them with vintage tube monoblock amps and a tube phono stage. Vinyl only system.
