Good Day,
Ive used Midwest Audio Repair in Arlington Heights three times.
1. Marantz AVR just out of warranty. At the time they were a Marantz authorized repair shop.
2. Elan digital amp. I supplied the schematic from Elan.
3. AAD sub woofer. I supplied the schematic from Phil Jones Audio.
If you call them they usually let you talk directly to a technician.
It's a small busy shop. Ask about the "rush service" fee. Otherwise it could take a month before they even look at it.
