I have a Mike Samra S-5000 and run mine sans cover.
Just loosen any of the 1/4 inch chassis screw, put your ground wire between the screw head and tighten.
My S-5000 gets better and better. I got it back from Mike nearly a year ago (November 14th). I told Mikey I would do a thorough review at the one year mark.
