Had a pair of TC 50s for several years, with Sound Anchor dedicated stands (Absolutely necessary for success with the Spicas don't have to be Sound Anchors, but a solid pair of stands is very important.)
After five or six years I replaced the Spicas with a pair of Quad ESL63s. I did not miss the Spicas, but they were instrumental in helping me appreciate the Quads.
