The plate load and cathode resistors will benefit from being 1 watters. Safety factor increases as well as noise levels lower. Power supply resistors, for filament and HV supply will also benefit from being larger than needed. Safety factor also is akin to long life.
There were no 1/4 watt resistors in tube gear back then; pre 1970s. With regards to low tolerance resistor availability not being the exact value on the schematic, simply use the 5% or 10% tolerance rule from the schematic values. Thus, if 47K is not available, but 46.5K or 51K are, they will be fine. Matching the plate load Rs for each channel with tight tolerance is a good idea. Likewise, for the cathode loads and that 100K cathode to cathode phono feedback R. Enjoy the resto project...
